Administrative Assistant II (SG 8) – Office of the Municipal Treasurer

The office of the Municipal Treasurer is in need of applicant for the position of Administrative Assistant II with the following qualifications:

    1. COMPLETION OF TWO-YEAR STUDIES IN COLLEGE OR HIIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE WITH RELEVANT VOCATIONAL/TRADE COURSE;
    2. 4 HOURS OF RELEVANT TRAINING;
    3. 1 YEAR OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE; and
    4. RELEVANT MC 11 S. 1996 CAREER SERVICE (SUB-PROFESSIONAL) FIRST LEVEL ELIGIBILITY

  1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at csc.gov.ph w/ attached Work Experience Sheet;
  2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  3. Authenticated copy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
  4. Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records; and
  5. Certificate of Training & Employment.
